A: We are the professional and famous factory in China for Steel Sheet/Coils/Strips with various materials;

such as Stainless Steel; Alloy Steel; Corten Steel; Wear Resistant Steel and Carbon Steel, etc.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Commonly two payment terms for new customers, 
Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. 
Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the balance based on BL copy or LC at sight. 
If you need any assistance from us, please contact us freely, we will try our best.

Q: How about the samples? Is it free to pay extra fees? 
A: Yes, we would like to supply the samples before order, if the samples are from stock, it will be free, if the samples are from new production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice. 

Q: How long is your delivery time? 
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so far common products size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 20-30 days. 
Different products have different delivery times. The products will be delivered as soon as possible on the basis of quality assurance.​ 

Q: How to control and guarantee your shipment quality? 
A:1) All our factories are ISO9001 certified facilities; 
2) World famous origin mills as TISCO, Baosteel; 
3) Ex factory inspection by our own laboratory; 
4) SGS/BV Third party inspection before delivery.

Q: What about your quotation?
A: Our price is very competitive because we are a factory.

Q: Will you accept the customized and OEM products?
A: Yes, we can do the production based on your drawings and with your logo, also because we have a very strong design and development team, so the feedback is very good for customized products.
